Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Christine Seaworth began private practice at University Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2013. She grew up spending much of her time in the hospital with her father, a cardiologist, and mother, an infectious disease physician. Her previous career was that of a civil engineer, which carries over into her practice today in understanding how the body’s musculoskeletal system is built and helping people restore function in their joints and muscles.

Dr. Seaworth provided foot exams and distributed shoes as part of the Our Hearts to Your Soles program at Lost Sheep Ministry’s Under the Bridge event Dec. 2.
Dr. Seaworth, a foot and ankle specialist with University Orthopaedic Surgeons, and staff from University Orthopaedic Surgeons worked to help the homeless and needy get a good pair of shoes this winter by providing approximately 300 pairs of shoes and 500 pairs of socks.
Dr. Seaworth is excited to call Knoxville home and cheer on The University of Tennessee. She enjoys hiking with her dog in the Smokies and discovering new restaurants in the surrounding area.
